Our Programs
Programs built around the real needs of underserved communities in Greater Los Angeles.

Mentorship Network
One-on-one guidance connecting experienced professionals with community members
The Mentorship Network pairs volunteer mentors with people looking for career guidance and life skills support. Over six months, mentees get access to professional networks, industry know-how, and steady encouragement to reach their goals. Our mentors come from tech, healthcare, education, finance, and the trades.

Workforce Development
Skills training and job placement for sustainable employment
Our Workforce Development program offers hands-on job training, industry certifications, resume help, interview coaching, and direct connections to employers. We partner with over 40 local businesses to open doors to living-wage careers in healthcare, technology, logistics, and skilled trades. Each participant gets one-on-one career counseling and up to 12 months of support after getting hired.

Youth Empowerment
After-school and summer programs for young people ages 12-21
Our Youth program serves young people ages 12-21 with after-school tutoring, college prep workshops, leadership activities, creative arts, and summer camps. We focus on building confidence, improving grades, and preparing kids for what comes next. Our youth counselors keep a 1:8 staff-to-participant ratio so every young person gets real attention.

Digital Literacy & Access
Free computer training and technology access for the community
The Digital Literacy program teaches community members essential computer skills, internet safety, and gives them access to technology. We run two computer labs with local libraries and community centers, offer one-on-one coaching, and give refurbished devices to qualifying families. Our classes cover everything from basic computer use to online job applications, online banking, telehealth, and intro coding.

Community Outreach & Events
Neighborhood events, resource fairs, and community gatherings
Our Community Outreach program puts on neighborhood events, resource fairs, health screenings, back-to-school drives, holiday help programs, and community forums. These events are how many families first find out about our programs and get connected to services. We host over 20 events a year across multiple locations in Greater Los Angeles.

Housing Stability Support
Helping families maintain and secure safe, affordable housing
Our Housing Stability program connects families to rental assistance, runs money management workshops focused on housing, teaches tenant rights, and links people to affordable housing options. We work with local housing authorities and landlords to speak up for tenants at risk of losing their homes. Our housing navigators meet one-on-one with families dealing with housing problems.

Courage To Act: Breaking The Silence
Healing and support for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault
Courage To Act (CTA) is a program for young women ages 17-30 who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, or abusive relationships. Built by survivors, advocates, and professionals who understand the healing process firsthand, CTA uses a 4-Pillar Framework: Heal (trauma-informed counseling and support groups), Strengthen (financial literacy and career readiness), Rise (goal setting and education access), and Lead (mentorship and community advocacy). The program is free for participants with low to moderate income, and all information is kept strictly confidential.
