Hands united showing community connection

About Our Foundation

Learn about our journey, our mission, and the team behind our work across Greater Los Angeles.

Our Story

Founded on Connection

GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation was established by LyNea "LB" Bell, a media executive, distribution strategist, and serial entrepreneur, with a clear goal: to close the gap between underserved communities and the opportunities they deserve. What started as a mentorship and career exposure initiative has grown into an organization that serves the whole community.

LyNea saw that many families didn't lack talent or drive. They lacked connections to jobs, mentors, education, digital tools, and stable housing. Drawing on her experience leading BH Talent & Literary Agency, GOT ONE TV Network, and GOT ONE TV+, she built a foundation that creates those bridges and helps people take control of their own futures.

Today, GOT CONNECTIONS Foundation runs six core programs that serve thousands of people each year, with real results in employment, education, housing stability, and community health.
