Mentorship Network
One-on-one guidance connecting experienced professionals with community members
About This Program
The Mentorship Network pairs volunteer mentors with people looking for career guidance and life skills support. Over six months, mentees get access to professional networks, industry know-how, and steady encouragement to reach their goals. Our mentors come from tech, healthcare, education, finance, and the trades.
The Challenge
Many people in underserved communities don't have the professional networks and guidance needed to move forward in their careers. Without mentors, figuring out job markets, schooling options, and career changes is much harder.
