About This Program
Our Youth program serves young people ages 12-21 with after-school tutoring, college prep workshops, leadership activities, creative arts, and summer camps. We focus on building confidence, improving grades, and preparing kids for what comes next. Our youth counselors keep a 1:8 staff-to-participant ratio so every young person gets real attention.
The Challenge
Young people in underserved communities often deal with fewer after-school options, limited access to enrichment activities, and fewer paths to college. Without structured support, many talented kids don't get the chance they deserve.
